ΠΑΠΑΓΑΛΟΣ Conura Green Cheeked
The Conura parrot is native to South America and is often found in the forests and woodlands of Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina and Paraguay. It usually lives in groups of 10 to 20 birds at higher tree levels or larger groups where there is more food. The Conura parrot is one of the smallest conure species, measuring about 10 inches in length and weighing about two to three ounces. Males and females have the same coloration. The bird has bright red tail and breast feathers, bright green on the back and upper part of the wings, olive green around the red part of the breast, a white ring around the neck, black on the head and olive green areas on its cheeks.
